"I have been using this product and its roots formula Reginesis for over 10 years and I cannot function with out it.I am 66 years old and have a curved spine which causes have a lot of back and knee problems. During this time I have ran out of the products and while I was waiting for the product to come in the mail , I try other similar products but they did not work at all. I was surprised ! The burning came back when I was out and had to turn to use pain killers to get relief till I received my new Sera Vita supplies. When I started back on products my pain went away again. Now if I run out,the pain is not as severe but I still need to take TrimaZyme utill the fibromyalgia is gone. "I take 5 capsules a day (as recommended), to relieve my knee pain. I take them in conjunction with pycnogenol (also available from Amazon). The two together have made it possible to be comfortable and probably put off knee replacements for at least a few more years. I would highly recommend trying a bottle of these two, and see if they work for you. I have stopped and started with them, and believe that I have isolated the beneficial effects. It is not a miracle, but I am convinced it is very helpful, and without any noticeable side effects.
I have been taking Solgar Omega 3's for years, and they are also an effective natural anti-inflammatory. I recommend between 3 and 6 grams per day (4 to 8 pills) as recommended by Dr Andy Stahl in his excellent book "the Omega 3 connection". Other Omega 3 brands that are not kelated, can be toxic in high doses, and they must have the proper balance of omega 3 and omega 6 or they are are not nearly as effective. Below is the best deal, (available from amazon). Nordic Naturals and Omega Bright are also kelated but more expensive, and can't tell any difference. put the search below in Amazon and buy.

Try the Omega 3's separately. To determine which of the two, or if both are better together, as they are for me. Note that Omega 3 is essential for proper neurological triggering at the synapse. The result is that many people are more alert while having a calming effect on their personality.
This regiment has postponed knee surgery for a decade or more and I am still walking around.
These treatments have proven more effective that the ortho-visc injections, which I have had several times, and are yet another, more expensive but insurance covered treatment.
I am convinced both knees would have been replaced long ago, without these supplements."

"This is the second time I have ordered these. I am always cautious about leaving reviews on supplements, but I have honestly seen improvement with these capsules. I am a chronic pain sufferer. I deal with Lupus, Fibromyalgia, and nerve pain daily. When I take these, (have been for about 8 weeks) I feel much less joint pain and achiness when I take these. I have tried hundreds -literally- of different herbals, supplements and pain killers. I don't notice any side effects, and I take 4 in the morning and 4 at night.
